Techniques of cooking and CSPF want culinary talents are great, but you can still do some meals more flavorful (and economic) with nothing but a stove and a crockpot. This is one of my favorite slow cooker recipes: Scat shoulder of pork. Authentic Mexican food to do something in your own home with this good recipe please, easy and incredibly delicious!

Ingredients

First, you need to choose your meat. If you are looking to feed 4 people and want to have a few leftovers, you'll want to get a hunk of 4-5 pounds of pork. You take into account the weight of the bones!

The best cut of pork for tacos is shoulder. It has tons of flavor, it is incredibly soft and juicy when slow cooked, and costs generally no more than 2 to 3 dollars per book! Choose your meeting and then seek these other important ingredients.

1 tomato is great sauce (plain, not Italian)
cumin
Chile powder
Kosher salt
black pepper
canola oil

Preparation of your pork

Start by entering the great layer of fat on the back on the shoulder of pork. If you do not know, marking is simply cut a crosshatch pattern in the fat without cutting into the real meat. Generously of salt and pepper this layer of fat and file everything in a frying pan in hot melt with canola oil.

Once the fat crisped up nicely, place pork shoulder in your crock pot with a fat drippings from the pan. Then, make a sauce by combining tomato sauce with 2-3 tablespoons cumin and chili powder. Pour the mixture on the meat and add enough water to bring the level of the liquid to about 3 inches.

Now you have to turn the slow cooker to low and wait 6-8 hours or until the meat is falling off the coast of the os. Remove the bones, shred meat and serve with of tortillas, cream, cheese, and salsa verde sour - delicious!

Five Minutes Extra flavoured

If you really want to kick the flavour of a notch, take some additional time to make some "sauce" with the drippings from the crock pot. When you remove the meat, pour the liquid in excess in a bowl through a strainer. Place the liquid in a pot on the stove and boil gently until the volume of liquid has reduced by half about. Add a few spoonfuls of flour soup to thicken up to, and you can best taco sauce!
