Simple Turf and Turf Recipe - Slow Cook Chicken Thigh Meat and Deer Crock Pot Sure to Please Recipe

Many crockpot recipes are focused source around a protein (chicken, meat, fish or other). One way, other than its use many spices, is to add another protein. This recipe only, and in doing so, gave a wonderful blend of non-available with a simple flavors. Wild deer meat (cerf) has a unique flavour. It has a taste somewhat like beef but who has a taste "wild game". When combined with chicken meat dark and slowly cooked, you get a very tasty mix of flavour. I serve it with rice cooked and may be a seasoned salad Cole slaw.


Ingredients


1 kilo of deer boneless meat cube
1 book of meat of chicken, boneless, trimmed of fat skin thigh and into cubes
3 potatoes large, diced
1 carrot, large diced
1 green pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and cut into thin slices
thyme 1 tsp dried
salt and pepper to taste
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons of flour all-purpose
4 tablespoons of olive oil


Instructions


1 - Use a canon of meat beat deer meat cubes
2 - Add 2 spoons a black iron skillet heated olive oil soup.
3 - Put the carrot, pepper, onion and garlic and sauté until tender crisp, then remove and set aside.
4 Mix salt, pepper, thyme and the flour to a large bowl.
5 - Add the cubed deer meat and chicken and stir to coat well.
6 - In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté until translucent deer meat and chicken until beginning to Brown.
7 Add the tomatoes with their juice and scratch place bit Brown on the bottom of the Pan, then dump all the crock pot.
8 Add the potatoes, carrots and chicken broth and mix well.
9 - Cook for 4 hours the in a crock pot.
Serve on cooked rice.
