Tired of the same old meals? You would like to surprise your family or friends with a little Latin flair? Then highlight the slow cooker or crockpot and try Latin-Style Meatball soup recipe. Don't let you call a dull Cook! If you want something more traditional, but with a different twist, try the jar of round Steak "Roast."
STYLE LATIN MEATBALL SOUP
1 large onion, coarsely chopped

1/3 cup plain dried bread crumbs

1 large red bell pepper, chopped coarsely
1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed

1 can (15-oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14 1/2-oz) diced green chiles tomatoes
1 Zucchini, cut lengthwise in half and thinly sliced
1 lime cut into 6 wedges

3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups beef broth
tomato paste 3 tbsp
3 large carrots, cut into pieces
2 branches of celery cut into pieces 1/2 inch
8 branches of thyme, tied together

small red potatoes 1 lb, reduced by half
Turn on heat in a slow cooker for 5 to 6 litres or a crock pot.
Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add beef. Cook until browned, about 3 minutes on each side. Remove the Pan and put in the slow cooker or crockpot. Add the onions and garlic in beef.
Put half the broth of beef in a skillet with tomato paste. Whisk constantly while bringing to the boil; Cook for about a minute. Pour the mixture in the crock pot beef. Add the remaining broth, carrots, celery, thyme and Laurel leaves. Press the mixture of potatoes, cut sides.
Cover the pot and cook on high definition for 5 to 6 hours or the low setting for 10 to 12 hours.
