Chops or ribs and sauce pork barbecue is just an excellent combination. Take the work of these dishes and make them in your slow cooker or crockpot. Come home after a long day to a great meal tasting with very little work. If you prefer pork or ribs chops, we have a recipe for you. The recipe for ribs is one of my sister that I used for more than thirty years. She developed this set Sunday when she was having my parents, my family and to his home for dinner after the Church. We sat at his kitchen table, writes of what she had done, tweeked and made of these coasts all these years. Often, get us requests for this recipe with many over the years. I have a family cookbook, sixteen years ago and it is one of the recipes everyone has asked me to put in it.


BARBECUED RIBS MY SISTER
ribs of pork country lb 4
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cider vinegar Cup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
celery seeds 1 tsp
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
1 tsp salt
chili powder 1 tsp
pinch of cayenne pepper


Coast of layer in the crock pot or slow cooker.


In a bowl mix, mix the soup (undiluted) tomatoes, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, celery seed, Chile powder and pepper cayene. Boost to mix well. Pour the mixture at the level of the coast; pot cover and bake setting average of at least 8 hours. Skim fat from the juice before serving.


BBQ PORK CHOPS
1 tbsp paprika
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
4 (6-ounce each) os Center-cut pork chops, trimmed loin
1 tsp olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
puree tomatoes 1 cup
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp honey
Chile powder 1/2 tsp


Preheat the broiler. Spray a cookie sheet that has sides with nonstick cooking spray.


Mix paprika, powder of garlic, salt and pepper in the Cup. Rub pork chops with oil, and then the mixture of spices. Place chops on the prepared cookie sheet and broil 5 inches from the heat until lightly browned on each side.


In a saucepan, Cook the onion, tomatoes, ketchup, honey paste and chili powder to soften the onion and the mixture of flavours. Spread half of the sauce on the bottom of a 5 to 6 - quart pot. Place chops Brown on the sauce in the crock pot. Mix all exudation of the chops in the remaining sauce. Pour the sauce over pork chops. Cover and cook on low until that chops are tender, 3 to 4 hours.
