Do you enjoy the taste of pork sliders but do not have a smoker? Here is a simple and delicious to cursors of pork in a crockpot way.


Ingredients:


Choice of pork tenderloin, pork shoulder, loin of pork or pork Butt


2 litres of the root beer or Dr. Pepper bottle


Spices: salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder or garlic salt, powder


Liquid smoke


Favorite BBQ sauce


Slider buns


First choose your cup and the size of pork based on individual preferences. Personally, I choose to what is on the market to date. Usually I Cook 2-3 pounds of pork for a family of three. The remains of pork tacos remains the next day.


In a small bowl, make a friction dry combination of salt, pepper, onion, garlic or garlic salt powder powder. Mix enough spices so it will completely cover the meat.


A jury of cooking or a carpet of preparation, punch holes in the meat with a fork. Then, cover pork with friction dry and place in the slow cooker or crockpot. Fill crockpot root beer or Dr. Pepper, cover the meat. Take care not pas pour the soda directly on meat washing off the coast of the rub spices.


Cover the crock pot, turn on high and cook for about six hours. Follow the instructions in your slow cooker manual. After six hours, the pork is cooked with a thermometer suitable meat. Remove the pork meat and place on a cutting board. Drain pot. Tear pork with two large fork or tongs. Once you have removed the bold, place pork into the crock pot, pour your favorite BBQ sauce and add 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke. A little liquid smoke goes a long way, so use sparingly. Cover with lid and cook for 1-2 hours.


When you are ready to eat, warm breads of cursor in the oven by mode package. Pick up the meat with a shovel of ice cream, place it on buns and enjoy simple and delicious pork sliders.
